James Bond`s Daniel Craig Adopts Gymnastic Training

Bond is back.. and he’s more brutal and buff than ever.

Daniel Craig made his début appearance as James Bond in the movie Casino Royale and wowed audiences with his new muscular physique.

The Bond star, 40, has been given his own personal gym on the set of the next 007 movie ‘Quantum of Solace’ to keep in shape and maintain his new frame. The gym is reported to be kitted out with a trampoline, free-weights, free-hanging ropes, a running machine, crash mats, and gymnastics rings which allow him to incorporate ring training into his gruelling exercise regime.

An adjoining massage room with chill-out area and on-call physio is in place to recuperate from the workouts.

A national paper reports that Daniel’s dedicated workouts have brought him close to executing one of the most challenging gymnastics exercises around, the ‘iron cross’ or ‘crucifixion’. It’s a superb demonstration of immense strength and bodily control, and is a highly recognised accomplishment.
